We accept returns on unused, unworn items within 30 days of delivery, and exchanges are welcome within the same 30 days for unused items in original condition. Custom pieces are final sale unless there's a defect. Email mysacredpup@gmail.com to start a return or exchange.

If your item arrives with a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Normal wear, chewing, and misuse aren't covered.
